As part of our conversion to the Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s (RFHL) suite of banking products there would be a temporary service interruption in credit card services to facilitate the introduction of our new credit card platform.
Effective Monday, March 28, 2022 from 3p.m. to Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 3am credit card services will be unavailable.
Your current credit card will expire on Monday, March 28, 2022, and your new credit card will be activated on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Only credit cards collected on or after April 1, 2022 would be valid and activated.
Remember your existing credit card will no longer function (after 3 p.m. on Monday, Marc 28, 2022) so it’s important to visit your branch to collect your new/ replacement card if you haven’t done so already. Branches are open Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for card collection.
